VirusTotals Web Link Scanner - Virustotal's Link Scanner will see if it has been reported by Google, Firefox, Opera, PartoLogic, G-Data and Phishtank. These companies also make reports of Virus, Phishing and other criminal activity.
Comodo Site Inspector - Comodo's Link Scanner has similar tactics and of course works slightly differently. A Tripple Check for all link.
ScanUrl Web Link Scanner - Web Link Scanners check the entire webpage that you are about to visit. Checking every URL and looking for bad things.
